Policies & Fees

Services offered at the comfort of your HOME, DAYCARE, SCHOOL, or WORKPLACE.


TWO CAN TALK offers assessment, treatment and consultation services for children and adults. Treatment sessions are available for 45 minutes or 1 hour. Fees are based on the recommended rates by the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA). Please contact us for information regarding our fees.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the end of each session.TWO CAN TALK accepts the following payment methods:

  • E-TRANSFER (sent to: info@twocantalk.ca)
  • VISA
  • CHEQUE (payable to: Two Can Talk)
  • CASH

​An official receipt will be provided upon receipt of payment. Private speech and language services are covered by most group insurance plans and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to determine coverage specific to your plan. The client/caregiver is solely responsible for submitting all claims to their insurance company.

TWO CAN TALK provides Autism therapy through the Ontario Autism Program Direct Funding Option and privately.

Cancelation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel a session.

A full session fee will be charged for any no-show appointments (e.g., you are not home or do not answer your door at the time of your scheduled appointment).

All appointment cancellations will be charged 50% of the therapy fee if cancelled with less than 24-hour notice (this fee may be waived in cases of an emergency or inclement weather).
