Psychological & Developmental Assessments

Helping You Better Understand Your Child

At Two Can Talk, we are proud to offer comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments through our collaboration with Dianna Scimeca, M.A., C.Psych. Assoc., BCBA, R.B.A. (ONT.), an experienced Psychological Associate with over 20 years of expertise supporting children, adolescents, families, and schools.

Our assessments are designed to provide families with answers, clarity, and practical recommendations. Whether you have concerns about your child’s development, learning, attention, behaviour, or emotional well-being, our team works collaboratively to develop a thorough understanding of your child’s unique strengths and needs.

Using standardized assessment tools, clinical observations, interviews, and questionnaires completed by parents, teachers, and, when appropriate, your child, we create a comprehensive picture that guides diagnosis, intervention, and future planning.

Rather than simply identifying challenges, our goal is to help families understand how their child learns, communicates, and experiences the world, while providing meaningful recommendations that support success at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Which Assessment Is Right for My Child?

We understand that choosing the right assessment can feel overwhelming. Many families aren’t sure whether their child needs an Autism assessment, ADHD assessment, psychoeducational assessment, or another type of evaluation, and that’s completely okay.

Our team is happy to guide you through the process.

After learning about the concerns that brought you to us, we’ll recommend the assessment that best answers your family’s questions and provides the information you need.

Developmental / Autism (ASD) Assessment
